I have a 2013 Chevrolet Volt that had a check engine light on. The codes were strange. Even though I have a Chevy dealer a mile from my house, this dealer has a Volt and EV Specialist, Jaryd. In my book, he is a Wizard! Marc, my service advisor, great guy. I highly recommend this dealer.

Got my first new (to me) car from here and it was a great experience. Mauricio was super friendly and helped answer all my questions prior to me coming in to test drive. I did buy this car/register to Wisconsin, so for anyone out of state, just note that they use ATC to process everything. Which while there may be some additional fees, it was quick and is nice to get all the info sent directly to me. You will need to pay $50 for a temp plate though. Need more guys in this industry like Zach Schatz. Top notch customer service. I came in from a jobsite nearby and my diesel company truck was having limp mode issues and within just a few hours I was back out the door and on the road again ready to go. My 11 year old Equinox was starting to sound like a truck so I figured there was probably something wrong with the muffler. I scheduled my oil change and air filter replacement and mentioned my concern. They checked out my car and confirmed what I thought about the muffler. I was quoted a fair price and agreed to have it replaced. What a difference. My car sounds like new again
For my Bolt and my Volt, I've had the BEST experience in service with Jaryd and Zach! Jaryd is The Master when it comes to chevy EVs, and Zach is so helpful, listening, experienced, and easy to work with. Worth driving here from far even, if you need it done RIGHT.

My sales representative Mike was great / super helpful and knowledgeable about the inventory and came up with nice options for me to choose from. After the sale, Mike was again super helpful in setting up all the tech in the car (phone, android app, on star, etc). What a really great service team. My truck broke down while we were working in Chicago. The fuel pump stopped working so if I could find a dealership it was going to have to be towed in. After calling several dealerships (all were too busy) in the area Castle North was recommended as they had the equipment to work on heavy trucks. Not happy with lack of communication from service advisor. Dropped my truck off on Thursday night and didn’t get a call from Castle until Tuesday. Called in Monday night to get status update & a service advisor told me he didn’t know where my truck was. Only “my” service advisor or technician knows where my truck is. After 4 days they were unable to figure out issue I brought it in for. Don’t think I’ll be using Castle for any future service or maintenance.

This was our first time here. The staff was polite and accommodating. They did take a little while to get some answers and/or manager to help before we made the deal. But when asked if they can finish the paperwork fast they did a good job. Overall a good experience and would go back again
