My deal fell through solely because GM has made a terrible decision to remove CarPlay from their vehicles in favor of their own proprietary paid service and that’s a deal breaker for me. I’m not about to pay a subscription fee to use my car’s media system. But the staff at the dealership were good to work with and Carla was very helpful.

I bought a Trax at the end of June 2026. At the time, Castle Chevrolet was offering a fantastic deal, a 0% APR on a 60 month finance plan for one week only, so I jumped at the chance and bought it straight away. On top of that, I received a $500 military discount. If you’d like to speak to someone or just have a casual look around, you can talk to Mr. Michael Pirozzoli. He was my consultant and helped me with everything I needed.

Ismael Ramirez and Nassar Fakhoury helped me out. I can't even tell you how smooth the whole process was. Ismael was super clear and answered all my questions. There was a little hiccup with a cracked windshield on my new car, but Nassar personally made sure it was fixed in a few days before I drove off the lot. I felt very welcomed here, very good people. I'm gonna tell everyone about this place.

Recently visited and purchased a truck from Castle Chevy North and it was a breeze. Ismael helped me get a newer work truck and helped get financing too. The dealership is clean and everyone was very helpful. On my specific truck they didn't push any extras. Just the cash price, ttl, and sales taxes. They made it super easy for what is normally a stressful situation!

I got my car from here a few years ago and had a great experience. Mike P. was phenomenal in the buying process, and has been helpful even in the years after buying the car. Today I had to get some work done and service consultant Zach S. was very helpful, informative, and overall great! I love this dealership and have always found everyone very helpful and willing to go above and beyond.

Mike was amazing and so very helpful. Made this my easiest and shortest car purchase I've done ever. No pressure whatsoever and even offered a ride back home if we ended up not getting a car. Went to get an oil change on 6/22 and had a rough experience. Most of which was not their fault, but their team was unfriendly and unhelpful. The only person who smiled and said hi was a tech in a cowboy hat named Don. I wasn't going to write a review, because maybe it was an off day, but then I got an email from them asking about my experience. The email claimed it was from the service operations assistant, Nicole Montgomery, so I replied seeking help with my concern and giving feedback on the staff's attitude, only to receive a well written, non-automated response dismissing my concerns less than a minute later. Nicole Montgomery isn't their service operations assistant, but a pretty good AI, that can read, consider, and dismiss customers in less than a minute. Do you know how dehumanizing it is to have an AI dismiss you without the notes even reaching a real human. If I were them I'd get rid of any customer facing AI products immediately, and remember that it is humans that buy cars.

I had a great experience at Castle Chevrolet in Elk Grove Village. Ismael was incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. No matter how many times I changed my mind or explored different options, he never made me feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and helped me find the right vehicle for my needs. Ed is an absolute gem and, in my opinion, not allowed to retire! His years of experience, industry knowledge, and problem-solving wizardry helped me navigate a difficult situation and find a new sense of relief. What seemed overwhelming at first became manageable thanks to his guidance and expertise. After my new 2026 Equinox was brought up from the back lot and washed, multiple scratches were discovered on the exterior. Rather than brushing it off, Ed and Ismael were lickety-split getting an IOU written up so I could return at a future date and have the vehicle professionally buffed. Their immediate response and commitment to making sure I am 100% satisfied with my vehicle spoke volumes about their customer service and integrity. My only constructive feedback would be regarding the finance process. Finance Manager David Labahn could have been a bit more patient at times, and it took a few requests before we received complete copies of all of our sales documents. To the dealership's credit, once we persisted, the requested paperwork was provided. I will also note that this was the first vehicle purchase I have ever made where the finance and sales interaction was audio and video recorded, and I was required to sign an acknowledgment that I was being recorded. While that was a new experience for me, I understand dealerships may have their own compliance and documentation procedures. Overall, I appreciate the cooperation, professionalism, and dedication shown by the team. Ismael and Ed went above and beyond to earn my business and make sure I left satisfied with my new 2026 Chevrolet Equinox. For that, they have my thanks and recommendation.

I had an incredible experience at Castle Chevrolet North recently, and it wasn’t even for a car purchase. I was in a bit of a bind looking for a charger, and one of their amazing employees went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did they help me locate an available spot, but they also took the time to explain which ones were the fast chargers and how to get the most efficient charge. ​It’s rare to find a dealership where the kindness and customer service extend past just sales and maintenance. They treated me like a valued guest even though I wasn't there to spend money that day. If this is how they treat people just stopping by, I can only imagine how well they take care of their buyers. I recently bought a 2025 Corvette Z06, which is definitely not the easiest car to work with/service as they require extra care and knowledge, and Andy who is the main Corvette tech here was specifically recommended to me and his knowledge, experience, and attention to detail was outstanding. Castle Chevy North is a great and friendly dealership. The wonderful gentleman who helped me with my purchase was mainly John Lee in sales as well as some assistance from Ed Cook. Jaryd Carvell is awesome! I brought my BLAZER EV in for the sunroof recalibration and he also did the Vehicle Wide update. He kept me informed of status and an estimate of how long it would take. He got me in and out as soon as he could.

The only good car dealership experience I have ever had. In and out the door in under an hour, test drive included. Mike and his whole team made the experience great from start to finish. Walked out of a different dealer the same night because they played all of the usual games (not actually bringing the car out to have it ready, accompanying me on test drive to talk over me while I’m trying to feel and listen to the car, then coming back in and adding BS charges and lay down thick false stories about how much better their pricing is than anyone in 500 miles according to a fake search online.). We could not be more glad that we walked away from that Cadillac dealer in Tinley and walked into Castle. The experience here was totally different. We paid what was advertised, plus tax plates and standard doc fees. No one irritated us on the test drive, they prepped the car while paperwork was prepped, which took minutes, and no one needed to “check with the manager” on pricing. Because of how quick it was, we still got to have dinner and enjoy our evening. Not the norm for buying a car. This dealer is the one that is worth it.

I had a terrific experience from the moment I met the first team member, Ron, then Dan was great, and John Lee was outstanding. Everyone was very helpful. I’m glad I decided to come to this dealership and pleasantly surprised with the quality of the sales service.

Got my first new (to me) car from here and it was a great experience. Mauricio was super friendly and helped answer all my questions prior to me coming in to test drive. I did buy this car/register to Wisconsin, so for anyone out of state, just note that they use ATC to process everything. Which while there may be some additional fees, it was quick and is nice to get all the info sent directly to me. You will need to pay $50 for a temp plate though. They also have limited dealer warranties included even on pre-used cars, which was a nice bonus, since it wasn’t advertised on the website. Also just a side note: pack some snacks and water in case you’re there for a while. But it’d be nice if they had some available.

Need more guys in this industry like Zach Schatz. Top notch customer service. I came in from a jobsite nearby and my diesel company truck was having limp mode issues and within just a few hours I was back out the door and on the road again ready to go. My 11 year old Equinox was starting to sound like a truck so I figured there was probably something wrong with the muffler. I scheduled my oil change and air filter replacement and mentioned my concern. They checked out my car and confirmed what I thought about the muffler. I was quoted a fair price and agreed to have it replaced. What a difference. My car sounds like new again

For my Bolt and my Volt, I've had the BEST experience in service with Jaryd and Zach! Jaryd is The Master when it comes to chevy EVs, and Zach is so helpful, listening, experienced, and easy to work with. Worth driving here from far even, if you need it done RIGHT.

My sales representative Mike was great / super helpful and knowledgeable about the inventory and came up with nice options for me to choose from. After the sale, Mike was again super helpful in setting up all the tech in the car (phone, android app, on star, etc).
